# Wuxi Zhenhua: Shareholder Wuxi Kangsheng reduced holdings by 2.5 million shares, and the reduction plan has been completed

On August 20, 2025, Wuxi Zhenhua Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. announced the results of shareholder share reduction. Shareholder Wuxi Kangsheng Investment Partnership previously held 9.59 million shares of the company, accounting for 3.84%. On July 2, the company disclosed a share reduction plan, stating that due to its own funding needs, Wuxi Kangsheng planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.5 million shares through centralized bidding, which is no more than 1% of the total shares of the company. As of August 20, Wuxi Kangsheng has reduced its holdings by 2.5 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1% of the total share capital, with a reduction price range of 31.69 - 36.05 yuan/share, and a total reduction amount of 86.731708 million yuan. This share reduction plan has been completed, and Wuxi Kangsheng currently holds 7.09 million shares, accounting for 2.84%
