# TAYHO GROUP: Re-elected employee representative director, Qiu Zhaoming succeeds Xu Lixin

On August 20, 2025, TAYHO GROUP held the fourth meeting of the eighth employee representative assembly, electing Qiu Zhaoming as the employee representative director of the company's eleventh board of directors, with a term until the expiration of the eleventh board's term. Xu Lixin will no longer hold this position but will continue to serve as a senior advisor and other roles, with his positions as vice chairman and member of the strategic committee automatically terminated.
