# LUYIN INVEST has completed an increase in its holdings of Valiant, with an amount exceeding 125 million

On August 21, 2025, China Energy Conservation Valiant Co., Ltd. announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Luyin Investment Group Co., Ltd., has completed its shareholding increase plan. On February 21, Luyin Investment disclosed its plan to increase its holdings by 125 million to 250 million yuan within six months. As of the close on August 20, Luyin Investment had cumulatively increased its holdings by 18,321,707 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.9851% of the total share capital, with an increased investment amount of 201,193,692.30 yuan, exceeding the lower limit of the plan. After the increase, the combined shareholding ratio of Luyin Investment and its concerted party Luyin Technology rose from 10.1646% to 12.2284%. This increase complies with relevant regulations and has not affected the company's equity distribution and control
