# BINHAI TEDA Logistics: Hu Shanshan has been appointed as a non-executive director

According to the announcement from Binhai Teda Logistics (08348), (1) Ms. Sun Jing has resigned from her position as a non-executive director, effective after the board's approval of the appointment of Ms. Hu Shanshan as the new non-executive director. (2) Ms. Hu Shanshan has been appointed as a non-executive director, effective after the relevant appointment proposal is approved at the board meeting held on August 20, 2025, and her term will only last until the next annual general meeting of shareholders, at which time Ms. Hu Shanshan will be eligible for re-election
