AOHAI TECHNOLOGY announced that as of August 19, 2025, the company's share repurchase plan has been completed. A total of 1,058,900 shares were repurchased through a dedicated securities account via centralized bidding, accounting for 0.38% of the company's current total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 52 yuan/share and a lowest transaction price of 36.77 yuan/share, totaling 44.9908 million yuan.
