# TIANSHENG: Weisi New Materials has filed an appeal involving an amount of 80.2 million yuan

TIANSHENG announced that the company has received the "Civil Appeal" submitted by Weisi New Materials. The appellant, Weisi New Materials, is dissatisfied with the "Civil Judgment" No. Lu 2 Zhi Min Chu 66 issued by the Intermediate People's Court of Qingdao City, Shandong Province, and has filed an appeal. The appeal requests include the revocation of the first-instance judgment, a ruling to support all litigation requests of Weisi New Materials, and the requirement for the appellee to bear the litigation costs of both the first and second instances. The amount involved in the case is 80.2 million yuan, and the second-instance hearing has not yet been held. The company is currently unable to reasonably estimate the impact of the case on the company's current and future profits. The company will continue to follow up on the progress of the case and fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner
