# QM HOME has completed the industrial and commercial change registration, and the registered capital has been reduced

On May 20, 2025, QM HOME Group Co., Ltd. approved the proposal to amend the company's articles of association at the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders, agreeing to reduce the registered capital from RMB 688,861,855 to RMB 686,543,855, with the total number of shares changing accordingly. Recently, the company completed the business registration change procedures and obtained a new "Business License" issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Shunyi District, Beijing, which shows the registered capital as RMB 68,654.3855 million, along with other information such as the unified social credit code and legal representative being publicly disclosed.
