XGMA announced that the Xiamen Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China holds 103 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.78%; due to funding planning arrangements, it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 17.7409 million shares, or no more than 1%, through centralized bidding from September 11, 2025, to December 10, 2025, with the shares sourced from debt-to-equity swaps
