WDI: Changjiang Chenda plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2%

WDI announced that as of the date of this announcement, Changjiang Chenda holds 5.6563 million shares, accounting for 3.50%; it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3.232 million shares, not exceeding 2%, within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading. Among them, the reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 1.616 million shares, accounting for 1%; the reduction through block trading will not exceed 3.232 million shares, accounting for 2%. The reduction period is from September 12, 2025, to December 11, 2025
