According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DU DU HLDGS (08250) announced that on August 20, 2025, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Yue Sheng acquired a total of 284,500 shares of BAIRONG-W through the Stock Exchange in the open market, at a total cost of approximately HKD 3.021 million (excluding transaction costs, which is an average price of about HKD 10.62 per share of BAIRONG-W)
