On the evening of August 20th, Primeton announced that its controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager Liu Yadong and his concerted party Liu Jian plan to reduce their holdings in the company through centralized bidding and block trading, with a total reduction not exceeding 2.75 million shares, accounting for no more than 2.9951% of the company's total share capital
