# HJINV shareholder China Merchants Bank No. 3 plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from HJINV (000633.SZ), the shareholder Qiongqing City Zhāoyín No. 3 Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhāoyín No. 3") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 11.5531 million shares within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital
