# NOIZ GROUP issues a profit warning, expecting to turn a loss into a profit of approximately HKD 2 million in the first half of the year compared to the same period last year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NOIZ GROUP (08163) announced that it expects to achieve a net profit of approximately HKD 2 million in the first half of 2025, compared to a net loss of approximately HKD 15 million in the same period of 2024.

The turnaround from loss to profit is mainly due to (including) (i) a reduction in overall operating costs of approximately HKD 7 million, reflecting the group's ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness; (ii) a decrease in estimated interest expenses on convertible bonds of approximately HKD 6 million; and (iii) gains of approximately HKD 3 million from the sale of certain properties, factories, and equipment
