According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Intretech (002925.SZ) has announced a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets, with the total amount of funds raised not exceeding 800 million yuan (including the principal). After deducting issuance costs, the funds will be used for the "Malaysia Intelligent Manufacturing Base Expansion Project," "Mexico Intelligent Manufacturing Base Construction Project," "Health Environment Product Expansion Project," and "R&D Center Upgrade Project."
