The buy-back program, announced on 12 June 2025, allows for up to EUR 250 million in repurchases. Additionally, a technical correction was made to a previous release, adjusting the total cost of shares repurchased on 19.08.2025 to EUR 3,618,862.68. Nordea now holds 1,330,325 treasury shares for capital optimization and 10,299,096 for remuneration purposes. The repurchase of own shares is executed in public trading in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of 16 April 2014 (MAR) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. After the disclosed transactions, Nordea holds 1,330,325 treasury shares for capital optimisation purposes and 10,299,096 treasury shares for remuneration purposes. Details of each transaction are included as an appendix to this announcement. Technical correction to the English language release published on 19.08.2025 Due to a technical error, the total cost of own shares repurchased column in the table included in the English language stock exchange release on 19 August 2025 contained incorrect values. The correct total cost of own shares repurchased on that date is EUR 3,618,862.68.
