Nanjing PHARMABLOCK Co., Ltd. issued the fifth prompt announcement for the early redemption of PHARMABLOCK convertible bonds. Due to the company's stock closing price being no less than 130% of the current conversion price of the PHARMABLOCK convertible bonds for at least fifteen trading days within a consecutive thirty trading day period, the conditional redemption clause has been triggered. The redemption price is 100.62 yuan per bond, with the redemption registration date set for September 17, 2025, and the redemption date on September 18. This redemption will be a full redemption, and upon completion, the PHARMABLOCK convertible bonds will be delisted from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange
