# GOLDCUP: Wholly-owned subsidiary signs a factory purchase agreement for €2.996 million

GOLDCUP announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Gold Cup Toly Europe Electromagnetic Wires.r.o. has signed a factory purchase agreement with the Czech company Solwings.r.o. for a purchase amount of EUR 2.996 million. This agreement marks substantial progress for the company's European production base, laying a good foundation for subsequent construction and production. The funds for this purchase come from the company's own or self-raised funds, which will not affect the normal operation of existing main businesses and will not have a significant impact on the company's financial condition and operating results
