# SUNYARD's controlling shareholder has prematurely terminated the share reduction plan and has not reduced the company's shares

SUNYARD Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder Hangzhou SUNYARD Electronics Co., Ltd. has terminated its share reduction plan ahead of schedule. As of the announcement date, the electronics company holds 78,106,006 shares of the company, accounting for 16.75% of the total share capital, and has not reduced its shareholding. The original share reduction plan was first disclosed on May 8, 2025, with the reduction period set from May 30 to August 29, 2025, and the original plan was to reduce no more than 0.4289%. The electronics company has met its funding needs through other means and decided to terminate the plan early on August 21. In addition, shareholder Guo Huaqiang previously reduced his holdings by 1,270,000 shares from May 30 to July 10, and currently holds 2.23%
