# PINESTONE issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss of no more than HKD 4 million in the first half of the year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PINESTONE (00804) announced that compared to a net loss of HKD 800,000 for the six months ending June 30, 2024, the company expects a net loss of no more than HKD 4 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The main reason for the increase in net loss is the rise in compliance, professional, and agency fees, as well as other expenses, which collectively led to a significant increase in other operating expenses for the six months ending June 30, 2025
