Shanghai RAAS announced that its controlling shareholder, Haiyingkang Medical Technology Co., Ltd., plans to increase its holdings by no less than 250 million yuan and no more than 500 million yuan within six months starting from May 22, 2025. As of August 21, 2025, Haiyingkang has increased its holdings by 26.4408 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.40% of the company's total share capital, with an expenditure of 181 million yuan; the increase plan has passed the halfway mark and has not yet been completed
