# GMTECH: Net profit in the first half of 2025 increased by 94.39% year-on-year

GMTECH announced that from January to June 2025, the company achieved operating revenue of 250 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.78%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 151 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 94.39%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.4 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no bonus shares issued and no capital reserve converted into share capital. The company's future strategic business has made breakthrough progress, with the first simulated home care Internet of Things community "GMTECH University Elderly Care" starting to be promoted, forming a synergistic ecosystem with the AI smart assistant for home care launched by the company. At the same time, the company is taking practical actions to fulfill its commitment to enhancing investor returns by significantly increasing the dividend payout ratio and frequency
