# MicuRx: Shareholders plan to transfer 3.5% of shares

MicuRx announced that shareholders JSR Limited and Best Idea International Limited plan to participate in the pre-IPO shareholder inquiry transfer, intending to transfer a total of 22,946,200 shares, accounting for 3.50% of MicuRx's total share capital. This transfer is a private transfer, and the transferee will be institutional investors with corresponding pricing capabilities and risk tolerance, with the transfer price floor not lower than 70% of the average trading price of the stock over the 20 trading days prior to the issuance of the subscription invitation
