ACIG announced that the company's Chinese name is proposed to be changed to "Jiangxi Jiangtuo Rare and Precious Equipment Co., Ltd.", the English name is proposed to be changed to "Jiangxi Tungsten Rare And Precious Equipment Co., Ltd.", and the stock abbreviation is proposed to be changed to "Jiangtuo Equipment", while the stock code "600397" will remain unchanged. This change is subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting and will be registered and filed with the market supervision and administration department
