CHEN DIAN INTERNATIONAL announced that its third-level holding subsidiary, Hunan DeNeng Xiangjiang Hydropower Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of an ecological power station project, with a total investment amount of 15.3831 million yuan. The ecological power station project is located on the right bank of the Dong'an Xiangjiang Hydropower Station dam, with an installed capacity of 1.5 MW and an estimated annual power generation of 11.5 million kWh. The construction period is expected to be 12 months. This investment does not require submission for review by the company's shareholders' meeting and does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring.
