Transtrue announced that Suzhou Longyue, a concerted actor of the controlling shareholder holding 10.4673 million shares, accounting for 4.99%, plans to reduce its holdings by 6.2928 million shares, accounting for 3.00%, through centralized bidding and block trading from September 15, 2025, to December 14, 2025. Among them, during any continuous ninety calendar days, the reduction through centralized bidding shall not exceed one percent of the total number of company shares, and the reduction through block trading shall not exceed two percent
