# GMTECH: Plans to sell 1.54% of the company's shares that have been repurchased

GMTECH announced that the company plans to sell all repurchased shares through centralized bidding within six months after the disclosure of this announcement, calculated based on a maximum sale of 15.54 million shares, accounting for approximately 1.54% of the company's total share capital. The funds obtained will be used to concentrate resources on developing the company's main business and promoting the implementation of mergers and acquisitions. The implementation of the reduction plan will not lead to a change in the company's control or a change in the total share capital of the company
