On August 21st, before the US stock market opened, the digital freight platform Full Truck Alliance released its performance report for the second quarter of 2025. In the second quarter of this year, Full Truck Alliance achieved a record high operating revenue of 3.239 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.2%; net profit grew by 50.5% to 1.265 billion yuan; adjusted net profit under non-GAAP reached 1.352 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 39.3%. In terms of revenue, the freight matching service revenue in the second quarter increased by 18% year-on-year, of which the freight brokerage service revenue increased by 1.1% year-on-year, mainly due to the rise in service fees, but the decline in transaction volume partially offset this growth. Full Truck Alliance expects total revenue in the third quarter to be between 3.07 billion and 3.17 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 1.3% to 4.6%
