# Report: JPMorgan Chase and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial are leading a loan of over $20 billion for a data center park in Texas

> JP Morgan and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial are leading the provision of over $22 billion in loans to support the construction of the Vantage data center campus. This loan is co-underwritten by multiple banks, with a total expected amount of approximately $23 billion, and the final scale is yet to be determined. Silver Lake Management and DigitalBridge Group Inc. have also committed to investing $3 billion

Bloomberg cited informed sources reporting that JPMorgan Chase and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial are leading a loan of over $22 billion to support Vantage Data Centers' plan to build a large data center campus. These banks, along with BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, Société Générale, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Wells Fargo, are underwriting this infrastructure loan. The total loan amount is approximately $23 billion, but the final scale has not yet been determined as project costs are still being calculated. Silver Lake Management and DigitalBridge Group Inc. have also committed to investing $3 billion in the project
