According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 21, CHINASILVER TEC (00515) shareholders transferred their shares from Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Hong Kong to Hang Seng Securities, with a transfer market value of HKD 6.8462 million, accounting for 5.85%.

Previously, CHINASILVER TEC announced that on June 10, 2025, the company issued and allotted 134 million ordinary shares based on a conversion price of HKD 0.114 per share for a total principal amount of HKD 15.2623 million of convertible bonds
