It plans to repurchase and cancel 25,000 shares of restricted stock that have been granted but not yet released from the lock-up period under the "Incentive Plan." After completion, the company's registered capital will be reduced from 116,591,931 yuan to 116,566,931 yuan, and the total number of shares will be correspondingly reduced
