On August 26, 2024, the 11th meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors of Chongqing SIFANG NEW MATERIAL Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved a proposal to temporarily use no more than 200 million yuan of idle raised funds to supplement working capital, for business related to its main operations, with a usage period not exceeding 12 months from the date of approval by the Board of Directors. On August 22, 2025, the company has fully repaid this 200 million yuan to the special account for raised funds and notified the company's sponsoring representative
