# FEIMA INTL: The controlling shareholder has partially released the pledge on some shares, but the cumulative pledge ratio still exceeds 90%

On August 22, 2025, Shenzhen Feima International Supply Chain Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Xinzhong Ding Investment Development Co., Ltd., had released part of its pledged shares. The total number of released pledged shares is 70 million, accounting for 8.80% of its holdings and 2.63% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, Xinzhong Ding holds 795,672,857 shares, with a total of 725,672,857 shares pledged, accounting for 91.20% of its holdings. The company noted that the number of pledged shares held by Xinzhong Ding exceeds 80% of its total shares, but its creditworthiness is good, and the pledge risk is controllable, which will not affect the company's actual control and production operations
