On August 21, 2025, 3S Technology Co., Ltd. held a meeting to review and approve the proposal on "Increasing the Trading Quota for Foreign Exchange Derivative Transactions," which still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting. The company plans to increase the foreign exchange derivative trading quota from no more than USD 35 million to no more than USD 125 million, which can be jointly and cyclically used by the company and its subsidiaries within the quota, with funds being self-owned
