ZHEFU: The subsidiary provides a guarantee of 250 million for Shenyuan Environmental Protection Group
ZHEFU announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenergy Environmental Protection has signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Zhejiang Fuyang Rural Commercial Bank, providing joint liability guarantee for another wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenlian Environmental Protection Group, for a maximum debt of 250 million yuan applied to the bank, with a guarantee period of three years. This guarantee matter has been approved by the shareholders of Shenergy Environmental Protection and does not require deliberation by the company's board of directors and shareholders' meeting, and it does not constitute a related party transaction or have counter-guarantees
