# ADWAY Construction Group appointed He Zhiwei as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ADWAY Construction Group (06189) announced that Mr. Li Liangxian (Mr. Li) has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under the Securities Listing Rules (Listing Rules) Section 3.05 of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), and as the legal process agent authorized to receive legal documents and notifications on behalf of the company under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong, effective from August 22, 2025.

Mr. He Zhi (Mr. He) has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from August 22, 2025
