# GREENTOWN SER announced its interim results, achieving revenue of 9.289 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.1%

> Greentown Service announced its mid-term results for 2025, with revenue of approximately 9.289 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.1%. Gross profit was 1.808 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.9%, with a gross profit margin of 19.5%. Core operating profit was approximately 1.074 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.3%. Profit attributable to equity shareholders was approximately 613 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.42%. Basic earnings per share were 0.195 yuan. The company stated that the growth in core operating profit was due to the effective implementation of revenue quality management and cost control measures

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GREENTOWN SERVICE (02869) announced its mid-term results for 2025, with revenue of approximately RMB 9.289 billion, a year-on-year increase of 6.1%. Gross profit reached RMB 1.808 billion, a year-on-year increase of 8.9%. The gross profit margin was 19.5%, an increase of 0.5 percentage points compared to 19.0% in the same period of 2024. Core operating profit was approximately RMB 1.074 billion, a year-on-year increase of 25.3%. The profit attributable to equity shareholders of the company was approximately RMB 613 million, a year-on-year increase of 21.42%. The basic earnings per share were RMB 0.195.

The announcement stated that the growth in core operating profit was mainly due to the group's strengthening of revenue quality management and the implementation of effective measures to improve quality and efficiency as well as cost control, leading to a continuous enhancement of the profitability of its main business
