SWEC announced that its second-largest shareholder, Sanlin SWEC Group Co., Ltd., due to its own funding needs, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 25.676 million shares, accounting for 2.76% of the company's total share capital, from the expiration of 15 trading days after the disclosure until the period from September 15, 2025, to December 14, 2025, through centralized bidding and block trading. Among them, the reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 9.11 million shares, and the reduction through block trading will not exceed 16.566 million shares
