# MILLENNIUM PG has completed the issuance of convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HKD 8.634 million

According to the announcement from Huisi Pacific (08147), the conditions precedent for the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the issuance of convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HKD 8.634 million was completed on August 22, 2025. Based on an initial conversion price of HKD 0.25 per share, the convertible bonds can be converted into 34.536 million shares, accounting for (i) approximately 20.00% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement; and (ii) approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital after the issuance of the converted shares
