# Chipscreen: Application for the issuance of A-shares to specific targets has been accepted

Chipscreen announced that on August 22, 2025, it received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of securities by Shenzhen Chipscreen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for its Sci-Tech Innovation Board listing. The company has verified the fundraising prospectus and related application documents submitted and decided to accept the application for review in accordance with the law.
