Sanfeng Environment announced that its controlling shareholder, Chongqing Derun Environment Co., Ltd., will increase its holdings of the company's A shares by 17.8755 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from May 22, 2025, to August 22, 2025, accounting for 1.07% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amount of 151 million yuan. According to the previously disclosed increase plan, Derun Environment intends to cumulatively increase its holdings by no less than 150 million yuan and no more than 300 million yuan between May 22, 2025, and May 22, 2026, and will continue to increase its holdings at an opportune time thereafter
