Cybrid announced that as of the date of this announcement, Suzhou Suyu holds 21.8696 million shares, accounting for 5.00%; Suzhou Saiying holds 1.1804 million shares, accounting for 0.27%. The two shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 5.7624 million shares, accounting for 1.32% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from September 15, 2025, to December 12, 2025, of which no more than 4.3749 million shares will be through centralized bidding and no more than 5.7624 million shares through block trading
