# "Performance" Brilliance China’s net profit for the first half of the year increased by 15.5% year-on-year to RMB 1.701 billion, declaring an interim dividend of HKD 0.8

> Brilliance China announced its interim results for the period ending June this year, with a revenue of RMB 562 million, an increase of 8.4% year-on-year. The net profit was RMB 1.701 billion, up 15.5% year-on-year; earnings per share were RMB 0.33723. An interim dividend of HKD 0.8 was declared, compared to no dividend in the same period last year. During the period, gross profit decreased by 9.7% to RMB 93.5 million, and the gross profit margin fell to 16.6%, compared to 20% in the same period last year
