# NETSUN: Involved in its network plans to reduce its holdings by 1% of shares

NETSUN announced that its shareholder Hangzhou Sheqi Network Co., Ltd., holding 5.07% of the shares, intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.5272 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure due to its own funding needs; as of the announcement date, it holds 12.8218 million shares of the company
