# WEILI HOLDINGS released its interim results, with a profit attributable to shareholders of HKD 1.02 million, turning a profit compared to the same period last year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WEILI HOLDINGS (02372) announced its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of RMB 45.844 million, a year-on-year decrease of 19.66%; profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 1.02 million, compared to a loss of RMB 2.263 million in the same period last year, achieving a turnaround; basic earnings per share of 0.1 cents.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to several major clients temporarily reducing orders for transfer paper and composite paper products from the group. The board believes that the reduction in orders is temporary and expects orders to recover in the second half of 2025
