XUJIAHUI COMMERCIAL: Wholly-owned subsidiary plans to sign a housing lease contract

XUJIAHUI COMMERCIAL announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Xinliubai Commercial Management Co., Ltd. intends to sign a lease agreement with Shanghai Xuhui Commercial Construction Development Co., Ltd. to lease the 1st to 5th floors of the north podium of Jianhui Building located at 918 Hengshan Road. The lease term will be from the effective date of the contract until December 31, 2035. The annual rent is RMB 3.3668 million, remaining unchanged for three years, and starting from the fourth year, the rent will increase by 5% every three years. The total rent during the contract period will be RMB 35.1634 million, payable monthly. The total leased building area is 2,306 square meters, designated for commercial use
