# Telink plans to issue shares to purchase assets and will be suspended from trading starting August 25

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Telink (688591.SH) announced that the company is planning to acquire equity in Shanghai Panqi Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Panqi Micro" or "transaction target") through the issuance of shares and cash payment while raising supporting funds. The assets to be acquired in this transaction are all or part of the equity (controlling interest) of Shanghai Panqi Microelectronics Co., Ltd.

Upon the company's application, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from August 25, 2025 (Monday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 10 trading days
