# Zhonghao Xinying plans to take control of Tianpu Co., Ltd., with ZDDC participating in the investment

Regarding Zhonghao Xinying's proposed acquisition of Tianpu Co., Ltd., ZDDC introduced on its official WeChat account on August 22 that in November 2024, ZDDC will invest 20 million yuan through its wholly-owned subsidiary to participate in the Hangzhou Mingzhi Venture Capital Partnership, accounting for 12% of the total subscribed capital of the fund, specifically investing in Zhonghao Xinying. According to business registration information, Mingzhi Fund currently holds approximately 3.78% of Zhonghao Xinying's shares. In addition, in the first half of this year, the company has invested in 14 companies through funds and other means, among which the invested companies Haima Cloud and Tong Shifu have officially submitted listing applications to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
