# Dagang Holding: Mangerui has completed the transfer of 11% of the company's shares, and the controller has changed to Chen Ke

Dagang Holding announced that the transfer of 34.9361 million shares held by Ms. Sun Jianxi to Mangrui through an agreement transfer has been completed with the registration procedures at the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, and the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation" has been obtained. After this transfer is completed, Mangrui holds 11% of the company's shares, and Mr. Chen Ke becomes the actual controller of the company. Previously, Ms. Sun Jianxi and Mr. Li Taijie collectively held 27.31% of the company's shares, with voting rights entrusted to Mr. Chen Ke for exercise. This change in shareholding does not affect the normal production and operation of the company
