# SUNWILL: Western Gain Increment 1 intends to reduce its holdings by 3%

SUNWILL announced that its shareholder, Western Profit Fund - China Construction Bank - Western Profit Increment 1 Asset Management Plan, holding 8.71% of the shares, intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 21.6 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, from September 15, 2025, to December 14, 2025, through centralized bidding and block trading; among them, the reduction through centralized bidding shall not exceed 1% within any consecutive 90 natural days, and the reduction through block trading shall not exceed 2% within any consecutive 90 natural days
