# NJUAE: Multiple shareholders plan to reduce their holdings in the company

NJUAE announced that its shareholder Nanjing Guohuan Investment Management Co., Ltd., holding 25.8449% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.156 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading from September 15, 2025, to December 14, 2025, accounting for 0.7328% of the company's total share capital; the shareholder Nanjing Nanga Management Consulting Center, holding 8.7272%, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 643,100 shares, accounting for 0.4076%; the shareholder Nanjing Liangjiang Management Consulting Center, holding 8.4809%, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 432,700 shares, accounting for 0.2743%. Within any consecutive 90 natural days, the reduction through centralized bidding shall not exceed 1%, and block trading shall not exceed 2%
